Thursday, 3/25  – Strength & Conditioning  Learn the most important exercises to stay strong and independent.  We will incorporate light hand weights (or alternatives such as can goods), resistance bands (or towels) and body weight exercises into this fun class! Help to improve overall strength and balance and increase bone density.

For this special week only, the class fee will be waived for BHV members, and the non-member fee will be reduced to $10 per class. Advance registration will be required for all.  
As a note, these classes are included in the “Invite-a-Friend” program and a member guest can attend one class for free. Members and their guests are invited to call or email the office to learn more at 617-723-9713 or
