Dr. Christine Ritchie kicked off our 25th anniversary speaker series in early June, presenting on how to purposefully age by creating habits of activity, habits of connection, and habits of curiosity and learning. She connected these ideas to well-being in later life. It is NEVER too late to try something new and become a new, adapted version of who you are.

Drawing on her clinical work in geriatric psychiatry as well as examples in history and literature, Marie Clouqueur, LICSW invited us in September to see older adults as protagonists who can drive the next advancements of our society.
