They say that food is fuel, and as we continue to age our bodies may need refueling in new ways. For this session of Living Well Ending Well we will be discussing the importance of nutrition as we age, both for physiological and psychological changes, a brief overview of nutrition, including both macro and micro nutrients, and the importance of staying well hydrated. Finally we’ll discuss the importance of staying physically active to maintain both muscle mass and balance.
