In this interactive 1-hour workshop, we’ll go over the basics of Google Drive, explain how it works, and show you how to use it to store, organize, and share your files safely and easily.
What we’ll cover:
- What Google Drive is, how it works, and why it’s useful.
- How to save documents, photos, and other files in Google Drive and keep them neatly organized.
- Step-by-step instructions on how to share documents with others, adjust who can see them, and make sure your files stay private.
- Learn how to use Google Docs (like Microsoft Word), Google Sheets (like Excel), and Google Slides (like PowerPoint) right inside Google Drive.
- How to move files to Google Drive so they don’t take up space on your computer or tablet.
- Tips on how to keep your important files safe in case something happens to your device.
- Learn how to free up space, find lost files, and avoid accidental deletions.
Expect a structured session with step-by-step guidance. Bring your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to follow along and practice in real time.
