CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
This is a scheduled event that requires advanced planning, as a result there will be a penalty of $5 charged to your member account for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. You will not be charged if you are on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend if a spot becomes available.
