Come celebrate Halloween a day early at the BV Office. Our quarterly Sips & Dips at the BV Office is getting a spooky twist. The usual refreshments and food will be served and costumes are HIGHLY encouraged but not required. There will be a prize for the person voted best costume. All BV Staff will be dedicated to the theme and in costume.
