Revisit Forest Hills Cemetery with a new walking route via the Orange Line T and a shortcut walk to the cemetery. Our tour guide is Dee Morris, a local freelance historian known for her expert, lively, and informed commentary. We're delighted that she will guide us on a new route. The walk is mostly flat and will be about one hour. Some of the cemetery's beautiful trees might be showing their fall colors, an added bonus! Lunch options are limited. There is a small diner near the T station, lunch on your own if you want to go.
We ask each registrant to bring $5 in token recognition of Dee's work as guide.
Guests are welcome. Registration is very highly recommended for BV members and guests in order that your name is on the notification list in case of a weather cancellation. BV members can register their guest themselves or contact the BV office to register their guest, guests must be registered in association with a BV member. You will receive complete meet-up details when you register.
