Honoring Choices is a nonprofit organization which informs, empowers and helps adults make a healthcare plan and connect to quality care that honors their choices, all through their lives. They will be speaking on how to prepare your healthcare plan ahead of National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16th.
Community Hour is a recurring program where different community organizations are invited to speak to members about who they are and what they do. Members will also have the opportunity to ask questions during this program.
