Friday, 3/26 – Functional Fitness - The Ruth Bader Ginsberg Inspired Workout - Created as a tribute to the late RBG, sample some of the exercises she did with her trainer on a weekly basis.  The workout will  improve your “activities of daily living” – functional exercises that support four fitness goals for seniors: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.  Hand weights (or alternative) and a mat suggested.  

For this special week only, the class fee will be waived for BHV members, and the non-member fee will be reduced to $10 per class. Advance registration will be required for all.  
As a note, these classes are included in the “Invite-a-Friend” program and a member guest can attend one class for free. Members and their guests are invited to call or email the office to learn more at 617-723-9713 or info@beaconhillvillage.org.
