Wednesday, 3/24 – Balance. Exercises and tips on the importance of staying strong and preventing falls. Balance is the cooperation between the brain, nervous system, muscle and bones, and the class will focus on improving the connection. Suitable for all levels.  

For this special week only, the class fee will be waived for BHV members, and the non-member fee will be reduced to $10 per class. Advance registration will be required for all.  
As a note, these classes are included in the “Invite-a-Friend” program and a member guest can attend one class for free. Members and their guests are invited to call or email the office to learn more at 617-723-9713 or
