As museums in Massachusetts slowly begin to reopen, the Copley Society of Art is welcoming small groups by appointment to view their exhibits. Beacon Hill Village has reserved an appointment for 10 members to view their current exhibits: Summer Members Show: Summer Reflections, Summer Works: Rhythm and Hues, and Laurinda O’Connor: The City in Pastel.

The Copley Society of Art is the oldest non-profit arts association in the United States, with its history dating back to 1879. They represent over 300 living artist members, ranging in experience from students to nationally-recognized artists and in style from traditional and academic realists to contemporary and abstract painters, photographers, and sculptors. Registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must wear masks and maintain social distance while on this outing.

The first 10 registered members will receive the meeting location and relevant information via email a few days before the outing. BHV members only. Admission to the Copley Society is free.
